How to Integrate Pipedrive and Zapier

Integrating Pipedrive and Zapier

Zapier allows your sales team to work with apps your business uses daily and integrate them with Pipedrive. Pipedrive, combined with the apps that help power your business, saves time and makes your workflows more efficient. Integrating the Pipedrive CRM and Zapier allows your sales team to focus on what’s important–finding leads and closing deals!

Below we’ll answer the questions:

What is Zapier?

Zapier is an cloud-based automation platform enabling you to connect Pipedrive with over 5,000 apps without using code. Using triggers that you set up, Zapier moves information seamlessly between your apps. Triggers are like if/then statements. When something happens–then a chosen app will do something in response.

This powerful integration allows you to automate your work and streamline processes, saving you time while helping to increase sales and create a better customer experience.

Think of Zapier as an orchestra conductor as all your favorite business and productivity apps play in harmony. Connecting Pipedrive and Zapier with apps like Google Workspace, Slack, Monday, Trello, Shopify, Active Campaign, Mailchimp, and so much more takes a few clicks.

Why Use Zapier?

Zapier makes your life easier by automating tasks that may be time-consuming, tedious, or often overlooked. With automation, you don’t have to keep manually updating your customer relationship management (CRM) software. Automation gives you more time to make connections, build relationships, and increase revenue by closing more business.

For example, your team or a specific team member could receive an email, slack notification, or text message when a proposal you sent has been viewed–and then, when that proposal is signed, another notification can be sent and the file can automatically be stored as a PDF wherever you choose-in OneDrive, Google Drive or even Pipedrive..

As another example, you could create a person and deal in Pipedrive automatically when a prospect books an intro call with you using Calendly. In step one you’d select Calendly and for the event, “Invitee Created.” If you want this automation to only run on your Intro Call, Step two would be a filter step that only continues if the “EventType Name” exactly matches “Intro Call.” Then step three would be to Create Person in Pipedrive and step four would be to Create Deal. Voila, now all of your Calendly leads will exist in your CRM.

Getting Started with Zapier

  • Step 1: Start by creating an account with Zapier. You could use your Google, Microsoft, or Facebook logins to create an account. Or, if you prefer, log in with your work email and name.
